Fortune City processes mobile number, name, date of birth, city, camera captures, receipt images, vehicle documents, family-member details, device information and social-verification information to provide and secure the service.
Data is used for account access, age eligibility, FC Points accounting, offer eligibility, bill fraud prevention, merchant redemption, service reservations, support, and security. Relevant receipt and redemption details may be shared with the merchant handling the transaction.
Receipt images are removed after the configured short retention window while limited transaction records may remain for fraud prevention, financial audit, and merchant reporting. After authenticated OTP confirmation, account identifiers and linked personal records are immediately removed or anonymised. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-handling, or merchant-reporting purposes.
Marketing messages are optional and separately recorded. Camera access is requested only for QR or receipt scanning. For privacy or support requests, use the in-app support channel.
